i received a raise that really caught me by surprise.<br>my manager and principals have noticed my hard work, which is comforting.&nbsp; however, with the added effort i have put forth, so comes the responsibility.&nbsp; i wonder if i am ready to take on this responsibility.&nbsp; those above me think i am more than capable, yet i always lean on the side of doubt when it comes to my abilities.<br><br>i am just a few steps away from being eligible to take my ARE's to become licensed.&nbsp;
